WebTry this: Settings / Accounts / Sign-in options / Automatically unlock the screen if we recognize your face / Set to Off. Windows Hello will still work but it will not instantly sign you in after your lock your screen. You can at this point click or swipe to get back in or just walk away to leave your screen locked.
