He has apparently taken orders for his Zeller guitars, even though he claimed he would sell finished product only. WebJun 14, 2011 · The custom basses will take a little back seat for a week. WebOct 16, 2024 · Earlier this year Darrin acquired a CNC machine and promised that all overdue scrolls will be done by August 2024 -- again, the end result was exactly zero overdue scrolls. I don't think that Darrin would have had the basses done if he'd charged 5K per. Not if he still had the same number of orders to contend with. Maybe if he'd charged that much per bass, he'd have had a reduced number of guitars to build, which would have made quite a difference.
